And that’s the end of Eating Disorders Awareness Week.
Over this week there have been some great blogs and content all about eating disorders. This year’s theme was carers, those supporting people as they are trying to beat their ED.
And that’s the end of Eating Disorders Awareness Week.
Over this week there have been some great blogs and content all about eating disorders. This year’s theme was carers, those supporting people as they are trying to beat their ED.
I haven’t seen that many blogs this year like last year. So if you’ve got any additions you think I should include on this list, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to add them.
Beat ED, of course, has produced a lot of content for this week. They have been sharing stories of carers for people with eating disorders. I’d invite you to check it out. Beat always lead this awareness week and the number of resources they have produced this year is no different.
You can also read my own thoughts digesting the theme here too.
Thank you so much for being a part of this week. From all the EDAW heroes who have signed Beat’s pledge.
Also, if you’re looking for more eating disorders awareness week blogs then check out last years post.
And until next year, I hope everyone stays strong on their recovery journey. Always know there are people out there you can talk to, even if it doesn’t feel like you’ve found them yet.
