My road to recovery hasn’t been easy. I’ve come through some mental health lows and it’s something I’ll always struggle with. But now I’m better I’m sharing my experience to help others.
Getting involved in awareness days throughout the year on blogs and social is one of the biggest ways I get involved in the mental health community.
On my blog I support awareness days, offer my tips and advice and share my personal ramblings. At 16 starting my blog helped push me to the end of my recovery and now I continue to share that journey.
